How Do I Place An Order?

Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click 'Add to cart'

Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking "Place Order", please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click " Add a new address". If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click 'Edit this address'.

After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.

Payment and Shipping

You can make payment with you credit card / debit card via PayPal or just used Bank transfer.

Once you have completed an online purchase, we will send you an email confirming your order details.

When your order is placed, the funds for your order will be ‘pending’ ready for us to ‘collect’ when we despatch your order.
Pending funds means the amount of authorised money is set aside, away from your available balance and the amount is not debited completely until the day of despatch. Goods will not be despatched until payment collection has been successful.

Whilst we are under no obligation to accept your order, we would normally do so where:

(I) the product is available
(II) the order reflects current pricing  
(III) your credit card/debit card or PayPal payment is approved by your credit card/debit card company and  
(IV) your order passes our verification checks

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer financial details with any 3rd parties.

Returns & Refunds

If you would like to exchange or return an item purchased from our website, please write to us  email and after agreed terms please enclosing it with your order in its original condition, along with the original despatch note and packaging.

The item must be returned in its original listed condition for a full refund to be issued.

1. Items purchased online can be returned via post.

2. We recommend insuring your parcel to protect your goods in transit.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of earrings or cleaning products if the tamper proof packaging has been opened. This is for hygiene reasons and doesn’t affect your statutory rights.  We cannot accept items that have been engraved, personalised or altered.
